Our Story

Tembo Cleaning Services was founded in 2016 by Lizzie, a single mum of two who left a teaching career to build a more flexible future. What began as Shine Bright Cleaning Services quickly grew through word of mouth and full client books. In 2022, we rebranded as Tembo Cleaning Services Ltd, began employing staff, and expanded our services to meet the needs of our growing community.

Today, we’re proud to have a trusted team of cleaners who share our values and commitment to quality, professionalism, and empathy.​
